Ashlyn is a One Year Old!!!

I can't believe it has already been a year since we brought Ashlyn home from the hospital. She is growing fast and very busy. She is still just crawling and into everything. I'm excited for when she can walk, but I know as soon as she does I will want her to just crawl again.
This year for the fourth of July we went with some friends to the green belt and watched the fireworks. Ashlyn stayed up until the fireworks started and loved the attention. She liked the firedworks for about five minutes then got bored. I gave her a bottle and she slept through the rest of the show. It was so nice to get out of the house and to do something with friends.

Memorial Day Weekend

Ashlyn loved playing in the sand with her cousins, Paxton and Spencer. She played until it got to cold. She only ate the sand a couple of times!

This is a picture of all the campers in our camp. We have family, friends, and friends of friends. There were about 30 camp trailers. It was a fun weekend.

This is our new Kanvas tent. It keep us dry from the rain and warm. Sam picked out our bright blue carpet.

I was making bread a couple of days ago. I had just finished putting the flour in and set the cup down. When I looked over Ashlyn had the cup and flour all over her clothes and face!


About a week ago it was like summer. We went outside and stayed out all day. We thought it would be fun to give Ashlyn her first Four Wheeler ride. She didn't know what to think.

Boy Crazy

Ashlyn was playing with Paxton and she would laugh so hard every time he would hit the jar with his spoon. She loves little boys. In our ward at church we have three baby boys about the age of Ashlyn. When we are in the mothers lounge if she hears one of them talk she is done eating and wants to talk. She laughs and coos whenever they look at her. Hopefully this doesn't mean we have a boy crazy girl on our hands!
